浩浩历史长河，多少英雄豪杰，金龙铁马，气吞万里如虎;多少帝王将相，稳坐龙椅，挥指江山社稷。有的人挥剑沙场，战功赫赫，却只能屈居人臣，甚至身陷囹圄;有的人垂拱而治，食言谏诫，广施良田，福仁惠于百姓，却能位及人王。
犹如棱角多变的星形与浑厚稳实的圆形，新颖多变的却面积小，规范稳定的空间却大，古今圣贤能载入史册名垂千古的无非是星与圆的极端之杰。
“力拔山兮气盖世，时不利兮骓不逝，骓不逝兮可奈何，虞兮虞兮奈若何!”项羽在《垓下歌》中流露出了几分哀愁，几分无奈。在我看来，他是充满棱角的多边形，纵使有豪迈的气概，称霸的壮志，却只能在四面楚歌之时放纵形骸，苍凉的歌颂只能让滚滚的乌江为之伴奏，又有何颜面见江东父老?他的锐气，他的突兀，他的彰显，让历史也惧怕三分。“序八州而朝同列，吞二州而亡诸侯”的始皇已将天下扰得惶惶不得终日，哪又容得项羽的“力拔山兮气盖世”?
于是古人渐渐觉悟，磨平了自己的棱角方能成就大业，包举宇内。
汉世家族在其基业初定时便谨记历史的训诫，堂而皇之地“休养生息”，分封良田，轻役减赋。大汉天下物阜民丰，刘氏家族便稳坐高堂，但自身力量的弱小却也使刘邦忧心忡忡。“安得猛士兮守四方”，也正突显了他对怀柔政策下的忧患。“祸患常积于忽微，智勇多困于所溺”，后人欧阳修深中肯綮地揭示了这一自然之理。在这一圆滑的蜜罐中或许正孕育着种种危机，只要凿开这道弧线，沉溺于安详的汉氏子孙，是无力反抗也只能沦为他人刀俎下的鱼肉……
历史在我们的前方总会摆道岔口，虽然人性的弱点总让我们去追寻安逸的生活，让自己游弋于蜜罐中乐不思蜀，让自己圆滑地为人处世，无憾地“行走”。虽然陶渊明的《归田园居》何等逍遥自在，李煜的“流水落花春去也，天上人间”如此轻逸无谓，但风华正茂的我宁愿如锋芒毕露的苏东坡饮酒赋诗，大放厥词，尽管早生华发却也乐得自在，深居高堂又几度罢黜，人生的酸甜苦辣一一尽染，如此才子方能让后人在其名言佳句中醒悟真谛。无独有偶的岳飞，以他“精忠报国”之志，将铁蹄踏遍敌穴，“靖康耻，犹未雪”，在十二道金牌的威逼下仍挥剑勇猛，果敢决然，虽惨死于小人之手，却也换来西子湖畔后人的景仰。
别让生活磨平了你的棱角，别让现实消融你的斗志，圆骨谨慎之辈只能获取片刻的安逸，让你的光芒更耀眼些，更夺人些。历史便会在你的脚下铺开。“古来圣贤皆寂寞，只有‘勇’者留其名。”

无论如何抉择，只要心中无怨无尤，一句轻描淡写的“我愿意”便有了九鼎千钧之力，不容他人置喙。如人饮水，冷暖自知。惟愿本心充实满足，无悔自己的决定，便是无憾。
托山为钵，剪水为衣，渺渺若垂天之云，悠悠自来去。这便是庄子。他是如此飘忽不定琢磨不透，他穿行于山林间，沉浮于云气中，纵使生活贫困潦倒亦不移本心。他垂钓于濮水之滨，楚王派人寻他入朝为相，“愿以江山累矣!”话说得如此恳切竭诚，而庄子却吝于回头。他凝视着水底匍匐的一只龟，笑言：“龟是愿意被人供养在庙堂里还是愿意自由地爬行在泥地里呢?”对曰：“后者。”庄子笑了：“往矣，吾将曳尾于涂中!”或许有人为他放弃高官厚禄而安于贫穷感到不解甚至不值。然我却为他拍手称快，他遵循了心的召唤，不被浮云遮蔽了双眼，坚持自我。孤寂却不孤独地看守着他心灵的月亮树——诡谲难测，却自有一番风骨。
与庄子同样随心所欲的还有那轻裘缓带，不鞋而屐的魏晋名士。在那愁云惨淡的天幕下，它们不愿循规蹈矩明哲保身，而是纵情狂歌，舍生忘死，他们白眼向权贵，折枝为美人，生命随心绽放得如此绚烂，光耀千古。当洛阳东市刑场上奏起那广陵散之绝响，那亦是嵇康内心的绝唱：“此身虽陨，此心无怨尤!”真名士，自有一派清峻超绝的风流。
于此番炽烈壮阔的生命相反的是另一种安然，二者的共同之处就在于内心的答案：“我愿意。”
李叔同舍下尘缘，斩尽俗丝，遁入空门成为弘一法师。此举令多少仰慕其才华的人唏嘘不已。然他却是无怨无悔地从心而行。“明镜止水以定身，青天白日以成事，光风霁月以待人”，这般偈语便是他心灵的写照。倘若他不割舍红尘纷繁事，或许会为后人留下更多璀璨的绘画与篆刻作品，但又何来他圆寂前发自肺腑的“华枝春满，天心月圆”?
陶渊明“误落尘网中”，终是抵抗不了心底声声“归去来兮”!而后“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山。”林逋厌倦污浊官场，终是隐于西湖之畔，梅妻鹤子，飘然不群。沈复没有“人间百姓仰头看”的鸿鹄之志，只是随心生活，记录日常的一次出行或仅仅是一块石头，便成了《浮生六记》……
这般安然的心底的细小满足，实在不足为外人道矣。
生命仅有一次，但求随心，勿忘本心。惟愿此心无怨尤，惟愿你能坦然一笑，道一声“我愿意”。

一本书因转折而精彩。《飘》中的女主角思嘉丽由一位娇弱的千金小姐因时代的变动以及身体内自尊的血液而转变成了坚韧而真正美丽的铿锵玫瑰，这样的蜕变真实而精彩，这样的转折使《飘》成为一部掩卷难忘的经典之作。《呼啸山庄》中，男主角希剌克利夫，由一个单纯、爱意绵绵的少年转变成了一个因爱而泯灭了人性的复仇恶魔，这场因爱而起的悲剧摄人心魄，因为这转折突然而精彩，这样骤变的人性更是突出了爱在他心底炮烙的深刻印记，更多的如希区柯克、欧?亨利那种出人意料的结尾处决定性的转折更是蕴藏着无穷的魅力。这些作品的转折，我想无论是美好或惊艳，都会令我们最大限度地体会到作者的用意，从而获得思考，它们无疑是精彩的。
文学作品中的转折多半是虚构的，人生中的转折却是真实的。虽然，有的令人痛不欲生，但其最终却成为铸造生命奇迹的一块块基石。司马迁在《史记》中写道：“文王拘而演《周易》仲尼厄而作《春秋》;孙子膑脚，兵法修列，左丘失明，厥有《国语》;韩非囚秦，《说难》;《孤愤》……”许多先贤都是在经历了如许苦痛的转折之后，更深刻地体味了人生的大义所在，依靠惊人的生命力延续了生的意志，写下了一篇篇传世经典，造就了一番番奇功伟业。就是在这些转折中，先哲们的坚韧和坦荡，使他们的人格和思想在历史长河上空凝聚成了一瓣瓣恒久的心香，也正是这些转折，激发了更多人更多的感喟……
记得林清玄说过“生的路上，并不是你在哪里放上一个门框，那里就是唯一的出口。你可以向左向右转个弯;去寻求生命的出口。”是啊，我们的生活之路一定不是平坦笔直的。有的转折也许是不情愿的，就如自己孩提时得知要离开居住已久的城市迁往北京时，心中的那份不快一样，不愿意离开相处已久的亲朋，对每一条街道，甚至是街边的陌生人都有一分不舍，毕竟没人愿意面对离别。到了北京后慢慢地适应了，认识了新朋友，生活有了新的精彩。这样的转折，乍看不美好，似乎是一种结束，如今想来，反到觉得是一个起点。

It's a great honor for me to stand here to deliver a speech to you. Then today I want to talk something about dreams and reality.
As the famous Russian litterateur Lev Tolstoy (列夫、托尔斯泰)said, “Ideal is the beacon(烟火、灯塔). Without ideal, there is no secure (无虑的, 安全的, 安心的, 可靠的, 保险的)direction; without a direction, there is no life.” So there’s no doubt that everyone needs his or her own ideal. Have you ever thought that what is practical and sensible(.明智的, 有感觉的, 明理的) will connect with our most treasured dreams? Maybe, to somebody, reality has little relation to ideal. To others nothing can be done without the sense of reality. So make our dreams a part of our reality. And make our reality a part of our dreams. There is no reason why our dreams must oppose our reality. Improve our dreams and our reality by bringing them together.
As a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do everyone must see the reality clearly at first. Your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse (交往、交流), your subject and the job you want to do, these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.
Further more, difficult or otherwise, we should put the power of reality into our dreams. Last but not least remember to work hard at the task of chasing 追逐our dreams. Do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time!

几日以来我一直在想“中国梦”，想什么是中国梦?如何实现中国梦?这两个问题困扰着我，直到一次乘公交车时，才使我豁然开朗。
若将今日的中国比作一辆公共汽车，那么，公共汽车的出发点就是中国梦的开始，公共汽车的终点自然就是中国梦的实现。
既然是开车上路，开的又是以人为本、服务于百姓的车，那就更要遵守交通规则，以往的中国，就是因为急功近利，一味求快，导致车超了速，闯了红灯，才有了“大跃进”、“农村人民公社化运动”这几张“罚单”。教训就是，急功近利是要付出代价的。有了教训就有了改正的动力，如今的中国正以科学合理的速度行驶，在稳步前行中实现了一个又一个的伟大的梦想，这其中有奥运梦、飞天梦、航母梦。这些梦想的实现不是终点却是起点，是中国梦的起点。
公共汽车的行驶速度全由司机控制，这“司机”是谁呢?他不是一个人或几个人，而是中国共产党，坐在车中，我感受到了司机所控制的车速恰到好处，汽车不会行驶过快而使坐在里面的人感到颠簸，也不会过慢而使人困乏。但是，光司机一个人努力还不够，这中间还有“乘客”，要想早日到达终点就必须共同努力，其中，乘客个人的道德素质水平还不尽相同，有的人有道德，有素质，能安分守己，但是有的人却在车内吸烟吐痰，扔果皮纸屑，可以说把车内搞得乌烟瘴气，不过还好我们有一个耐心的司机，司机会在车内播放温馨提示，当那些不守规矩的人听到后，大多数的人还是能够“改邪归正”的。
与现实的公共汽车不同的是，现实的公共汽车在规定好的路上已经轻车熟路了，但是中国这辆车虽有了明确的路线，但是在行驶的过程中不一定是一帆风顺的，总会遇到些艰难险阻，如有人会抱怨，抱怨这个不行，那个也不好，我不能说那些抱怨的人里没有一个是实实在在的在抱怨，我更想说的是“少骂政府多干活”之类的话，中国是发展中国家，是一辆新车上路，你不能老是把它与在路上行驶了十几年的车相比较，这样总会有问题存在，不是说比较不好，只是说不能要求存在的问题在一天之内全部解决，这其中的问题我不详说，这其中的问题有许多是需要每一个人来共同努力解决的。就拿“中国式过马路”来说吧!有人批评说这是部分国民的道德素质水平差，有人说这是法律不够严厉起不到警示作用，还有人说这是政府有关部门不够完善，我不完全否定这些人的分析是错的，但是那些闯红灯的人中难道就没有高中生，大学生，博士生吗?难道是他们的道德素质水平差而已吗?我想说，任何良好的社会风气不是一个小时两个小时形成的，而是需要更多的时间与耐心，政府要有耐心，民众更要有耐心。有人说一些发达国家的公民很文明，我不否认有些国家确实做得很好，但它们是发达国家，我们能做的也就是慢慢学习和借鉴，不能要求现在的人们立刻做到这样，这其中也有很多因素，文明的习惯也是需要时间和社会慢慢培养起来的。但是，我也想说，中国在慢慢走向更文明更繁荣更强大的同时，万万不能忽略了民众内心的文明，繁荣，强大，因为这才是真正意义上的文明，繁荣，强大。
现在的国人都在谈论中国梦，这很好，也有人提出来要为早日实现中国梦做些什么，我想，只要做好自己的本分就足够了，中国梦的实现，缺不了每一个中国人，中国梦的实现，也是我们中华民族团结一心的体现。
我幻想过无数中国梦实现以后的中国，我想那时的中国是强大的，繁荣的，那时的国人，是更加文明的，更加和谐的，更加团结的。
中国梦，必将脚踏实地，一步一步走向成功!

today, as people live a better life, they chase for more enjoyment. we can see from the news that when the holiday comes, there are so many people gather in the scenery site. people like to travel today, they can take a plane, take the bus or even take a bike. on my opinion, the best way to travel is by train. first, it is very cheap. compare with other ways, such as plane and bus, train is less expensive, people can save a lot of money. besides, taking the train is much safer. people don’t have to worry about crush, which is more happen in the plane or bus. second, we can enjoy the scenery in the train. though the train is very slow, we can have a good sight of the beautiful scenery, when we go to tibet, we can see different colors and different mountains during the trip. taking the train is the best way to travel.
i have found mine a good many times. sometimes this was expected--often it was unexpected. i know a man who is not afraid to sleep with a rattle-snake, but you could not get him to sleep with a safety-razor.
i never had the courage to talk across a long, narrow room. i should be at the end of the room facing all the audience. if i attempt to talk across a room i find myself turning this way and that, and thus at alternate periods i have part of the audience behind me. you ought never to have any part of the audience behind you; you never can tell what they are going to do.

One day in 1819, 3,000 miles off the coast of Chile, in one of the most remote regions of the Pacific Ocean, 20 American sailors watched their ship flood with seawater.
They'd been struck by a sperm whale, which had ripped a catastrophic hole in the ship's hull. As their ship began to sink beneath the swells, the men huddled together in three small whaleboats.
These men were 10,000 miles from home, more than 1,000 miles from the nearest scrap of land. In their small boats, they carried only rudimentary navigational equipment and limited supplies of food and water.
These were the men of the whaleship Essex, whose story would later inspire parts of “Moby Dick.”
Even in today's world, their situation would be really dire, but think about how much worse it would have been then.
No one on land had any idea that anything had gone wrong. No search party was coming to look for these men. So most of us have never experienced a situation as frightening as the one in which these sailors found themselves, but we all know what it's like to be afraid.
We know how fear feels, but I'm not sure we spend enough time thinking about what our fears mean.
As we grow up, we're often encouraged to think of fear as a weakness, just another childish thing to discard like baby teeth or roller skates.
And I think it's no accident that we think this way. Neuroscientists have actually shown that human beings are hard'wired to be optimists.
So maybe that's why we think of fear, sometimes, as a danger in and of itself. “Don't worry,” we like to say to one another. “Don't panic.” In English, fear is something we conquer. It's something we fight.
It's something we overcome. But what if we looked at fear in a fresh way? What if we thought of fear as an amazing act of the imagination, something that can be as profound and insightful as storytelling itself?
It's easiest to see this link between fear and the imagination in young children, whose fears are often extraordinarily vivid.

20xx年后我乘着飞机带着朋友来参观自己的故乡故乡的水已经变的清澈见底,马路已经变的很宽敞来来往往的汽车都很漂亮,故乡到处高楼大厦外婆家住在一做高楼大厦的10楼的房子上.
故乡每一家的家里都有电脑`电视等一些高级的家具和家电.
我一回到外婆家外婆就给我们每人倒了一杯茶还拿了一些小点心我们吃的津津有味一边聊天一边吃,外婆看到我们吃的津津有味也高兴的的笑了.吃完了点心我和外婆说去外面走走看看故乡的景色.
我们一走出来就有一股新鲜的空气扑鼻而来,故乡的马路上到处种满了花草树木家乡的环境变化真大啊.以前故乡的人都往小河里扔垃圾小河的水很臭,可如今小河里到处都是小鱼在游动,小河的水清澈见底的,家乡还有很多漂亮的景色比如瀑布`高山等``````

“Modern and advanced”This society forgets, and ignores the other two thirds of human beings. It's far from the ideal! We call ideal as a utopian, a place where reality does not exist. A few people still look forward to the ideals. We make fun of them, considering they are naive. Will we still be content to live in such a society, if misfortune drops to us? No! Of cause not!
When we feel the warmth of the sun, these people, endure great sorrows and pains. Can we imagine that? They are our brother and sisters!
Facing them, will we still complain about our own misfortune?
Facing them, will we still have the mood shouting for our own freedom? Facing them, will we still want to have more and more unnecessary stuff?
They are unable to meet their needs, even the basic needs of survival! Everyone, as a member of humanity, shouldn't feel ashamed? Our luxury deprived their lives, our indifference violated our soul, and our barbarity destroyed human civilization!
What's the ideal society? It's a society no one worries about their living, a society no one is refused from education, a society everyone can pursue his/her own happiness! The ideal society is filled with love, joy and kindness. In that society, we can touch the other's hearts, we can share our dreams and most important, we can just be the true men!

吾乃江宁秦桧，字公之。生于中小地主家，因家世不显，曾做乡村教师。吾始有怨，祖上为何不积德，不让我成为官宦子弟。曾曰诺是水田三百亩，不在做那猢狲王。余常叹命运不济，无升官发财之机。
吾从古至今遭世人唾弃，究其原因有三：一是害人如不能尽，刑人如不能重。二是甘为金贼。三乃私惠亲旧，贪的无厌。
小人自知罪大滔天、十恶不赦，祸国害民，使天下倍受其祸，章其罪数不胜数。虽百死，也未能的天下百姓之谅解。
尤以谋害抗金名将岳飞为最，余深知百死难偿其罪。吾虽痛恨岳飞，全因政见不同，非想谋他性命。同是为国，为何世人推他为英雄，骂我为金贼。于是余有叹焉。古人主战与主和本无非议之处。在别无选择之情势下，求和乃至投降不失为一条出路，古有勾践被夫差大败栖于会山上，召文种与之谋，执其手而与之谋。遂使之行成于吴。尔后卧薪尝胆，三千越甲可灭吴。诚非不知，奈何宋朝至微宗时，危如累卵之际，此乃存亡之秋也，然事内之臣，上至国君，下到宦官无不畏敌如虎，屈膝投降者，大有人在。事外之臣，心甘情愿卖国求荣者也非少数。宋微宗只知情享乐，昏庸无能，认人为奸。直至钦宗，大体如此，奸臣当道，忠臣无立足之地，至使文臣不能治国，武将不能安邦，实属吾国之所大憾矣。靖康元年，金军攻破东京(开封)，虏走微、钦二帝，遂度之，为庶人。其实，余并非生和即为卖国贼，最初，也曾主张抗金，反对割让大片土地以贿金国，余深知灭之破灭，弊在赂敌，赂敌而使乃亏，此为破灭之道也。然又知主战派不能深得帝心，固从师汪伯彦，学得一套玩权术，直上青云的本领，竭尽投机钻营之能事，察言观色。见之使用权舵，千方百计讨得上司之欢心与信任，才能身居高位，此乃升官发财之道也。自古忠言难入耳，一不谨慎命难全。
如有违帝王之意，多则死，轻者贬。缢鹏举于风波亭，众人之道是我为罪魁祸首，实不知我乃奉高宗赵构之命杀之，皇上怕岳飞功高盖主，收复失地，迎回微、钦二位失帝，自己将如何处置他们呢?天无二日，何况三呼!如金人来俘虏他，他也会奋起反抗。他只想做偏安皇帝面已，为此他可不惜一切与金议和，反正，整个天下都是他自己的。然鹏举却不善揣测并迎合，只一味输忠献诚，导至此等下地呼!而我如不听皇上之意，多则烹，少则贬，君要臣死，臣不得不死;对下也不是对上也不是，唯有如此，弃人格而迎合皇上，不然，鹏举就是最好的例子，虽赢得生前身后名，却落个英年早逝，此所谓伴群如伴虎，悲呼?憾呼?至此已后每每有人问岳飞何罪，因我内心有愧，半天才支晤道：“其事体莫须有(也许有)”。余做金贼是为了“曲线救国”，深知金之强大，宋朝之腐朽，不然，二帝如何轻易被掳呼!余怕赵构也走上父兄之道路，才肯投敌，以求存宋，才得使宋朝有安宁之日，以养生机，待时机成熟，遂击之。诏兴九年，金时来临安议和，宋高宗(赵构)要跪下接受册封，如果跪拜了，大家会认为是南宋政权之奇耻大辱，决不能接受，他们怒不可遏纷纷表示反对议和。然而，皇上议和态度非常坚决，直到他当着众人的面跪拜，毕竟自感难堪，如不跪，则议各难成矣。此时有人出了鬼主意：向金使说高宗正在为微宗守孝，所以不能行跪拜礼，可由宰相来代理……余乃充当这场丑剧的主演，代皇上拜倒在金使面前，接受诏书。从此，正式达成和议。
说道害人太多，这年头不是尔死就是吾亡，正是先下手为强，后下手遭殃啊!以其等别人来下手，自己再来“正当防卫”那很有可能躺下的是我了啊!所以所宁肯错杀一千也不楼掉一个。对敌人的仁慈就是对自己的残忍，这从某中意义上呀可以说是为了保护自己。
说到私惠亲旧，哪还不是想位极人臣好光宗耀祖吗?平时呼风唤雨的，一出门就应者云集的，多气派啊!贪得无厌?哪是人的欲望啊，这年头谁会嫌弃自家钱多的呢?这年头干啥不都得用钱吗?你看那宋钦宗(昏君)投降金人，没钱负不还是搜刮城中百姓的金银吗?清朝慈禧太后搜刮的还少吗?也不见谁说他们贪得无厌啥的!这种例子真乃不胜枚举啊!
绍兴十二年十月二十二日，老天结束了我罪恶累累的一生。说实话我都是和普通人一样的就是忒过了一点，都是为了一己私欲。一句话说的对：“莫伸手，伸手必被抓”。奉劝为官着不要步余之后尘，以免后悔终身。死后落个死无全尸、遗臭万年。余特告读者：不管做官还是做人都要内方外圆。余不暇自哀，而死后哀之;后人哀之而不鉴之，亦是后人复哀后人也。

Every one has his own I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.
I have got quite different experience from other e they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong ing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .
When I was 10 years old ,I became a shot-put training was really hard ,I couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands I always believe that "god only help those who help themselves"ng those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same be an athlete is my most correct ,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.I really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.
Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .I still have a dream is a dream deeply rooted in my soul.
I have a dream that one day ,I can run,jump and pitch just like I used to be.
I have a dream that one day , I can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.
I have a dream that one day ,I can stand on the highest place at the olympic all the cameras pointing at me.I will tell everyone that I'm so proud to be a Chinese athlete!
