every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. my friends will listen to me when i want to speak, will wipe my eyes when i cry, will take care of me when i am sick, and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.
as students, we could share more time with our friends. the friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. i often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. especially when i had justin as one of my best friends. justin was my english teacher from the usa. i met him in 1996 when i was a student who could only speak very little english. justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. he taught us english by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. i could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on christmas eve. it was so interesting and unforgettable. justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study english well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. i know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. justin is the best friend i have ever had, and i know i will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.
friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. it is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. it is also like a cup of tea. when we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.
however, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. all of us have to spare some time for personal lives. we have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. when staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry to-gether. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.
as we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. but it doesn't mean we could depend on our friends all the time. there is a famous motto saying that “a friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” it is really true. we have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. when we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.
five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.
but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.
in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."
but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.
the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.
we cannot walk alone.
and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.
we cannot turn back.
there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe in all my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. i believein our future.

人生追求自我完善，就是为了达到真善美的境界，可是大多数人却说不清楚所追求的真善美到底是什么?每个人对这三个字都有不同的理解，我也有我的独到见解，以下就是我的一些看法：
真，就是真诚待人，真诚做事。
荷尔德林说：“人类最大的业绩，莫过耕耘一片真诚的土地。”相信大家都听过刘备三顾茅庐的故事。刘备第一次去请诸葛亮出山时，诸葛亮不在，刘备只好失望而归。不久，刘备再一次去请诸葛亮，可诸葛亮外出云游去了。等刘备第三次去请诸葛亮时，诸葛亮正在午睡，刘备一直在门外等到诸葛亮午睡醒来，方才说明来意。诸葛亮见刘备待人真诚，心中有志，便答应辅助刘备建立蜀汉王朝。刘备的三顾茅庐，不仅使他完成了大业，也让后人看到了他真诚待人的一面。从这个事例中，我深深地感悟到：如果我们用真心来对待自己身边的人，我相信他们也会真心来对待你，这样一来，人世间就不会互相猜疑，互相欺骗。
而善，就是善良，心存善念的人往往令人感动。
三字经中的“人之初，性本善”，说的是人在刚出生时，本性都是善良的。每个人心中都有善，都会有恻隐之心。即使是那些众人眼中十恶不赦的坏人，也会有“放下屠刀，立地成佛”的时候。究其原因，都离不开心中有善。古往今来的仁人志士，更是将推己及人的至善情怀发挥到极致。“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”将个人的喜怒哀乐置之于天下之后，以天下之忧为忧，因天下之乐而乐，这是一种多么博大的胸怀，这是一种多么极致的大善。“最美司机”吴斌的事迹感动千家万户。在铁片击中血肉之躯后的76秒，他以美到极致的动作完成了由凶险到平安的摆渡。人们钦佩吴斌，因为这个道德与责任日渐稀薄的年代，他忍痛减速泊车的镜头是职业道德与敬业精神的最好说明，更是对“善”的最好诠释，是他内心的那份善，感动着千万颗同胞的心!
美就是心灵美，真正的美震撼人心。
别林斯基说：“美是从灵魂深处发出的。”容貌是至美的事物，但真正的美不仅要眼睛来看，更重要的是内心感受。外表之美说到底还是外在之物，而内在心灵之美才能真正意义上标之为美。就如伊丽莎白所说：“玫瑰是美的，更美的是它所包含的香味。”所以，美应是从心，从灵魂深处发出的。感动中国十大人物——何玥。“还是花样年华，你却悄然离开，你捐出自己，如同花朵从枝头散落，留得满地清香。命运如此残酷，你却像天使一样飞翔，你来过，你不曾离开，你那平凡的生命最后的闪光，把人间照亮。”年仅12岁的何玥，正值青春年华的她，不幸患上脑瘤，但在得知自己的病情后，小何玥并没有哭，她向父母提出捐献器官的要求，把生的希望留给他人。她的坚强、她的洒脱让我们钦佩不已。这个可爱的小天使以最美的方式为我们展示了那份真正意义上的“美”，她永远活在我们心中，以最美的姿态活在我们心中。
一张洁白的纸，什么也没有，画家却能画出美丽的少女，一个简单的乐器，聪明的音乐家也会把它演绎出不朽的篇章。美丽是可以创造的，在任何条件下都可以，只要你有一颗真善美的心，不拘小节、无私奉献，便可以创造美丽。知识欲望追求真，道德欲望追求善，美的欲望追求美，真善美是需要我们去追求，去创造的!让真善美伴我们同行，创造一个真善美的和谐社会吧!

说到诚信，我想起小时候听到的“狼来了”的故事，从中懂得了好孩子要诚实，不能说谎。我又想起了去年的高考作文题：有一个年轻人跋涉在漫长的人生路上，到了一个渡口的时候，他已经拥有了“健康”、“美貌”、“诚信”、“机敏”、“才学”，“金钱”、“荣誉”七个背囊。渡船开出时风平浪静，不久便风起云涌，小船上下颠簸，险象环生。艄公说：“船小负载重，客官须丢弃一个背囊方可安渡难关。”年轻人思索了一会儿，把“诚信”抛进了水里。年轻人抛弃了诚信，他错了。在漫长人生旅途，他失去了最宝贵的东西。因为，诚信就是生命。若把人生比作树，诚信就是其赖以生存的根，滋润和庇护着它，失去这根，它就无以立足，它将腐朽堕落，失尽往日的青翠和灵性，沦为一根没有灵魂的腐木，苟活于世人鄙夷的目光中。
想到这里，我的心一阵难受，因为在我们的生活中，存在着种种不诚信现象，君不见，有人为了牟取暴利，给猪肉注水，用福尔马林浸泡海鲜，有人为了赚取更多的利润，就造假酒;卖假烟……在我的身边，也有不诚信的现象，有同学使用拾获的同学的饭卡，有同学抄袭别人的作业，有同学在迟到登记中用别人的名字或谎称经老师批准，甚至有人盗用老师的名义上网，有部分同学考试作弊，以欺骗家长老师，如此种种，怎不令人寒心。

安全对于生命是重要的，对于企业是重要的，对于每一个从业人员更是重要的。它的意义，在于生产装置的稳定运行，在于千家万户的幸福与欢乐，更在于国家财产的安危!不讲安全，哪怕是轻轻的一碰，就能使高温高压、易燃易爆的生产装置，怒火爆发;不懂安全，哪怕是小小的一块砖头也会酿成大祸;不要安全，哪怕只是一个麻痹de的意念，就会让操作者处于生命的危险状态。
然而，安全知识的贫乏，安全意识的淡薄，安全行为的松懈总是能让我们看到、听到一幕幕血的教训：
20____年2月15日，一个搬运工随手扔在地上的烟头引燃了吉林市中百商厦的一场人间惨剧，一个漫不经心的举动，竟将54条鲜活的生命引向了不归之路，使400余万元的财产付之一炬;究其原因，人们头脑中安全意识的缺失、无处不在的侥幸心理、日常行为的疏漏，才是造成这场悲剧的“第一个烟头”!
20____年5月12日上午9时20分，安阳市安彩集团信益二期工程工地68米高烟囱的施工现场，施工者在明知固定缆绳两处被拆除的情况下，违反操作规程，冒险作业，导致上料架发生倾翻倒塌，在料架上施工的30余名工人从空中跌落，造成21人死亡、10人受伤......那死者的惨状，那亲者的嚎泣，那伤者的痛苦，无不让人触目惊心!
据不完全统计，我国建筑业仅1～6月份就因安全事故死亡33人，已经成为继交通、煤炭业之后第三位死亡人数最多的行业。面对如此严峻的数字，面对一幕幕血淋淋的惨状，我们每个职工都应该扪心自问：我们还有理由让不安全行为继续发生吗?行动起来吧，同志们!牢记安全操作规程，时时刻刻警钟贯耳，分分秒秒珍爱自己的生命。
“安全责任重于泰山”我们应该从事后处理转向事前预防;从传统的管理模式转向规范化、标准化;从“要我安全”转向“我要安全、我会安全”。用亲人的片片爱心、句句叮咛，随时提醒自己“珍惜生命，勿忘安全”，为生命构筑一道安全防线!

听说我要参加“绿色车模”形象大赛，我们全家都被它鼓动起来了，瞧!外公外婆从老余杭赶过来出主意;妈妈提早下班回家想办法;我呢，借此机会可以大显身手。
孔雀服的材料非常环保：有废弃的桌布、剩余的彩纸、套苹果的塑料套、家里装扮用的假花、环保袋、皮筋、还有卷纸的筒芯。
首先，做衣服的裙摆。拿一块桌布，把它的两个长用尺子在60厘米的地方划一条线，然后，把它连起来，再剪开，它的一半就成了一个梯形，接着，在梯形的右下角划一条弧线，把它剪开。接下来，用弧线做支点，把60厘米的绳子饶一圈，并把下面一端画一条横线，再把一条条横线连起来，用剪刀剪去，把另一半也这样做。再把第二块象第一块一样做成裙摆。然后，把蓝色彩纸剪成圆形，把金色彩纸剪成水滴形。再把圆形贴在水滴形上，做成象眼睛一样的图案贴在裙摆上。为了防止掉落我再加了一层透明胶。最后，四块桌布用针线缝起来，“哈哈”
亮丽、时尚的孔雀服裙摆展现在你眼前了!
做完了裙摆接着做孔雀“身子”了。首先,拿一个蓝色的环保袋，把底下的封口给剪去。然后，再把拎拎的两条带子剪断。最后，把裙摆和身子连在一起，“呵呵”一条亮丽、时尚的孔雀服就大功告成了!
孔雀的冠可不能忘记。首先，拿一个卷纸的筒芯，再找个套苹果的塑料套包在筒芯外围。接下来，找个黄色的大塑料套包在白色塑料套外面，再用家里装扮用的假花插到卷纸的筒芯里。然后，用皮筋扎住，粘上眼睛图案。最后，用针线缝住，再穿一条线戴在我的头上。瞧!我站在一辆白色小轿车前，轻轻挥起孔雀的“翅膀”，变成了“绿色车模”形象大使哦!
我想告诉大家，孔雀也和我们人类一样，需要有清新、美丽、环保的自然环境。

这种心理不断矛盾着，直到现在，我还没对母亲说过一句“母亲节快乐，妈妈”。
相比之下，我的妹妹却大与我不同，在回到家后，妹妹便大方地将在校园里做的花茶赠送给母亲，并且说花茶能养颜美容。
我只觉得内心倍感惭愧，我心中只有源源不断的别扭。
在睡觉时，我辗转反侧，翻来覆去，我心中是在说不出那句话，内心的挣扎最后使我放弃。
回想之前的母亲节，我从不觉得这种形式很肉麻，总会偷偷地在背地里准备一份礼物，再送给母亲。母亲很欣喜。她不会觉得礼物不好，总会不断地夸奖我。
但是现在，我只是仅仅一句“母亲节，快乐。”我也说不出口。万千思绪涌在我心尖，倍感焦灼。
我在想，年少时为何会如此不顾忌惮地表达爱意?而如今，只是一份爱意的表达，为何要顾及那么多。

家训： 家训是指对子孙立身处世、持家治业的教诲。家训，是中国传统文化的重要组成部分，也是家谱中的重要组成部分，它在中国历史上对个人的修身、齐家发挥着重要的作用。道德包括社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德等等，家训属于家庭美德的范畴。家国同构，一个家庭的家训相当于一个国家的道德标准，如曾国藩家训、朱子家训、颜氏家训等等。家训即是家人做人的道德标准，违背家训，就会遭受道德的谴责。
家风：家风是指一个家庭或家族的传统风尚。也就是说一个家庭的生活方式、文化氛围即构成了家风。顾名思义，家风就是一个家庭的风气、风格与风尚。换一句话说，当一个家庭的家规、家训形成家庭的公众行为习惯即构成了家风，家风也就是一个家庭或一个家族的家文化。家谱即是承载家文化的工具，互联网家谱是新一代承载家文化的工具。
没有家规的家庭，缺乏做人做事的规矩; 没有家训的家庭，缺乏教育子女做人的标准;没有家风的家庭，缺乏延续家兴业旺的环境。

今天我演讲的题目是《改变不了环境,就改变自己》。
著名的文学家托尔斯泰曾经说过:“世界上只有两种人:一种是观望者,一种是行动者。大多数人想改变这个世界,但没人想改变自己。”想要改变现状,就要改变自己;要改变自己。就得改变自己的观念。一切成就,都是从正确的观念开始的。一连串的失败,也都是从错误的观念开始的。要适应社会,适应环境,适应变化,就要学会改变自己。
柏拉图告诉弟-子自己能够移山,弟-子们纷纷请教方法,柏拉图笑道,说:“很简单,山若不过来,我就过去。”弟-子们一片哗然。这一个世界上根本就没有移山之术,唯一的一个移动山的方法就是:山不过来,我便过去。同样的道理,人不能改变环境,那么我们就要改变自己。
一个黑人小孩在他父亲的葡萄酒厂看守橡木桶。每天早上,他用抹布将一个个木桶擦干净,然后一排排地整齐地放好。令他生气的是,往往一夜之间,风就把他排列整齐的木桶吹得东倒西歪。小男孩很委屈地哭了。父亲摸着小男孩的头说:“孩子,不要哭,我们可以想办法去征服风。”
于是小男孩擦干了眼泪坐在木桶边想啊想,想了半天终于想出了一个办法,他从井边挑来一桶又一桶的清水,然后把它们倒进那些空空的橡木桶里,然后他就忐忑不安地回家睡觉了。第二天,天刚蒙蒙亮,小男孩就匆匆地爬了起来,他跑到放桶的地方一看,那些橡木桶一个一个排列得整整齐齐,没有一个被风吹倒的,也没有一个被风吹歪的。小男孩开心地笑了,他对父亲说:“要想木桶不被风吹倒,就要加重木桶的重量。”男孩的父亲赞许地微笑了。
是的,我们不能改变风,改变不了这个这个世界上的许多东西,但是我们可以改变自己,给自己加重,这样我们就可以适应变化,不被打败!
在威斯敏斯特教堂地下室里,英国圣公会主教的墓碑上写着这样一段话:当我年轻自由的时候,我的想象力没有任何局限,我梦想改变这个世界。当我渐渐成熟明智的时候,我发现这个世界是不可改变的,于是我将眼光放得短浅了一些,那就只改变我的国家吧!但是我的国家似乎也是我无法改变的。当我到了迟暮之年,抱着最后一丝努力的希望,我决定只改变我的家庭、我最亲近的人——但是,唉!他们根本不接受改变。现在我在临终之际,我才突然意识到:如果起初我只改变自己,接着我就可以依次改变我的家人。然后,在他们的激发和鼓励下,我也许能改变我的国家。再接下来,谁又知道呢,也许我连整个世界都可以改变。
人生如水,人只能去适应环境。如果不能改变环境,就改变自己,只有这样,才能克服更多的困难,战胜更多的挫折,实现自我。如果不能看到自己的缺点和不足,只是一味地埋怨环境不利,从而把改变境遇的希望寄托在改变环境上,这实在是徒劳无益。
虽然我们不能改变世界,但我们可以改变自己,让我们用爱心和智慧来面对一切环境。
