the cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. but the cynics are wrong. the college students i see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. we help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.

the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe in all my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. i believein our future.

every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. my friends will listen to me when i want to speak, will wipe my eyes when i cry, will take care of me when i am sick, and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.

as students, we could share more time with our friends. the friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. i often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. especially when i had justin as one of my best friends. justin was my english teacher from the usa. i met him in 1996 when i was a student who could only speak very little english. justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. he taught us english by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. i could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on christmas eve. it was so interesting and unforgettable. justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study english well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. i know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. justin is the best friend i have ever had, and i know i will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.

friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. it is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. it is also like a cup of tea. when we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.

however, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. all of us have to spare some time for personal lives. we have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. when staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry to-gether. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

as we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. but it doesn't mean we could depend on our friends all the time. there is a famous motto saying that “a friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” it is really true. we have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. when we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.

i have a dream

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

we cannot walk alone.

and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

we cannot turn back.

there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

上午好!能在这样一个春风吹拂、阳光明媚的日子里，参加全市职业高中学生演讲比赛，我感到非常高兴!我演讲的题目是《财会事业-----我终生无悔的选择》。

记得小时侯，和同龄人一样，我有过许许多多的美丽的梦想：我渴望成为一名知书达理的老师，把自己所有的知识都无私的授予我的学生，成为太阳底下最光荣的人;我渴望成为一名救死扶伤的白衣天使，用善良美好的心灵和高超的医术去消除病人的痛苦，让快乐永远伴随他们;我渴望成为一名风度翩翩的空中小姐，用自己的真诚服务和微笑去感染身边的每一位旅客。

但是漫漫人生路，中间有多少无奈的选择!20xx年那个黑色的六月，驱走了我儿时的幻想。当我接到成绩通知单时，我不得不承认这一残酷无情的事实，三年的心血换来的竟是那惨不忍睹的三个数字。

普高没进，干脆去上班算了。父亲念叨着，那以前的努力不是白花了吗?还有何前途?母亲回应着，哪有钱去买?父亲大口大口吸着烟，母亲无言以对，在这一刹那，我似乎看到父亲那憔悴的脸和那布满血丝的眼中混浊的泪。忍不住两行热泪夺眶而出，无声无息顺着脸颊流入嘴角，苦苦的，涩涩的。

后来，母亲从别人的口中得知我还可以读职业学校，毕业后可以安排就业，也可以参加高考，上大学，这也许是我唯一的转机!

第二天，踏上了漫漫征途。心里涌上一股莫名的惆怅与苦涩，我不清楚前面等待着我的将是什么?

刚踏进职校，面对着一个陌生的环境，学自己一窍不通的专业会计。上课时会计教师如数家珍似的为我们介绍会计的产生、发展、变革的历史，听起来如同嚼蜡，勾不起我丝毫的兴趣。逐渐对自己的选择感到后悔，可是我就是一千个不乐意，一万个不满意又有什么用呢? 后来，班主任知道我的心思，更理解我的心情，为了不让我背上思想包袱，她鼓励我说：社会越是发展，越是进步，需要的各种人才就越多，不要小看这个专业，随着经济的发展，会计的实用性会越来越大。既然选择了会计这一行，就得热爱这一行。同时她还播放了一视频，画面上的全国首位点钞王，她只用5秒钟就点完1万元，据介绍，点钞机点完也要七八秒。此情此景，让我的思绪如疾风快马奔驰千里，我一遍又一遍地回味着的老师的话：路是自己选择的，要靠自己走下去，靠自己去实现人生的价值。

于是，我走出了黑夜的徘徊，走出了青春的傍徨，走出了人生的迷茫。是的，既然我认定了这个目标，我就必须执着地追求，锲而不舍地拼搏，坚定地走下去。经过老师的循循教导，经过自己一段时间的思考和培养，我终于爱上了我的专业，爱得如痴如醉，面对许许多多的专业知识，我不但不觉得枯燥无味，反而觉得其乐无穷。课本上的知识不再是枯燥的文字，那是一个个跳动的音符，是一首首欢快的乐曲。

在学校的两年时间里，我不能忘却：当早晨第一缕阳光悄然洒落大地时，我端坐在明亮的教室里，和同学们一道诵读各种专业知识，你难道不觉得那就是一串串跳动的音符，正奏响着新世纪少年充满阳光的心声么?中午时分，当三三两两的人群悠闲地步出食堂时，我便和同学们一起，聚精会神地坐在电脑前，熟悉电算化的相关内容;夜幕低垂，我埋头苦练珠算技术，在一阵阵算珠撞击的清脆声，我似乎看到了我的理想之舟已经扬帆远航。

大作家余秋雨曾说过：选择你爱的事业，爱你选择的事业，并用百倍的信心、勇气和努力去浇灌他，无论将来成功与否，你都能说-------我终生无悔!

学会财会知识，走进财会专业成为我人生的一个新起点!沉醉于专业知识的海洋，来往于财经报道的通道，使我在重新审视自己的同时，又一次默默地告诫自己：作一名CEO也许是别人的梦想，但任何一企业的生存发展都离不开会计人员。选择你爱的，爱你选择的，学习专业知识，苦练基本技能成为我的第一目标。自此，我认识了会计科目，知道了资产负债表，利润表，明白了税务检查和会计帐务之间的关系，而会计软件使得会计信息的电算化使我如沐春风，又一次坚定了自己的选择!

国庆节来临之际，我局举办了这次以“创省级文明单位，建新型和谐机关，庆国庆60周年”为主题的演讲比赛，一是为了纪念新中国成立60周年;二是为了扎实推进“创省级文明单位，建新型和谐机关”活动，是不断活跃机关氛围，提升干部职工思想境界，深入开展学习实践科学发展观活动一个有效载体。

刚才认真倾听了大家声情并茂的演讲，主要有三点体会：

我也像普通的孩子渴望自由，我希望父母能给我多一点点的独自空间，多一点点的自由空间。从小，我就是个对读书极其有兴趣的人，读书成绩也不错。家里难得看到读书之才，把我管得紧紧的，不能像其他孩子般无拘无束的玩耍;不能像孩子般玩过头都不怕被骂;不能像孩子般跟知心朋友畅谈……

有时候，我会把自己想象成一只展翅高飞的小鸟。因为鸟能在辽阔的天空尽情飞翔;有时候，我会把自己想象成一条鱼，让自己能在水中自由自在的游着;有时候，我会把自己想象成一个海草，在海底静静的观赏着这美丽的世界，偶尔还跟朋友说几句话……

人需要自由，孩子更需要自由。还在只有在自由的条件能甘心情愿的学习，能露出真心实地的笑。孩子的成绩，孩子的笑容，孩子的幸福难道不是父母最希望也是最想他们得到的吗?

长大了，我们的自由时间是越来越少，整天充斥在耳边的只有学习学习，可我们真的情愿吗?我们负背压力很重，老师、家长、亲人，他们的期望使我们透不过气来。我不想做一个为了争第一而在老师面前做乖乖女，为了能应付家长成为一个虚假的好孩子，整天活在虚假的世界里，一点都不真实，一点都不自由。还在需要自由，没有自由就等于没了心和灵魂啊!

自由这个词，让我理解很多，懂得很多。自由，是人人都需要的，是人人都应该渴望的。自由，它是七彩的，是温暖的。自由，是我们孩子的心灵和精神上的支柱啊!

4月28日早上我们在学校的操场进行了一次主题为《关爱生命，奉献爱心》的演讲比赛.早上我们三年级到六年级的同学聚在大操场上，啊!演讲开始了。

首先是田主任讲话，接着是田文利老师讲述比赛规则：一等奖三名，二等奖六名，三等奖若干。第一个同学是六年纪的一个姐姐叫刘思思。她的演讲题目是《地球就诊记》。同学们一个接一个的出场了，我焦急的等着我们班的三个“娘子军”上场。好不容易到了我们班的第一个“娘子军”上场了。她当然是连续当过五个学期班长的文家韵了。她的演讲题目是《保护绿色，关爱生命》。她的稿子里面有一个公益广告的词对我的印象最深：“如果人类不保护地球，那么地球上的最后一滴水就是我们自己的眼泪。她最后得了三等奖。再说我们班的第三个“娘子军”赵雨涵她演讲的题目是《小鸟的诉说》。她的演讲感动了我!

我想到人们的一张张“血盆大口”——网，不正是她所说的那样吗?她那《小鸟的诉说》感动了我，感动了台下的观众，感动了评委们。总算她是三个“娘子军”里唯一一个打了“胜仗”的人——一等奖。最后校长的讲话让我体会到人类的错已经太深太深了。人类捕捉蛇是因为它吃青蛙，可人们没想过它也吃老鼠。人类不把麻雀当回事，是因为它吃人类的粮食，可人们没想过它也吃害虫。就连蝌蚪人们也不放过，人们有没有想过它长大以后那可是青蛙呀!

在人类的种种错误中我呼吁：“同学们，记住那个公益广告，“地球只有一个”，让我们积极行动起来，从点滴做起保护我们赖以生存的家园——地球吧!”

我是XX年级学生。今天，我演讲的题目是：《梦想点亮人生》。我一直喜欢一首诗，它是美国作家兰斯顿。休斯的《梦》：紧紧抱着梦想|要是梦死亡|生活就是断翅的鸟儿|再也不能飞翔。紧紧抱着梦想|要是梦想离开生活|就是荒芜的土地被冰雪覆盖。每当我读起这首诗，我就会热血沸腾，全身充满奋发向上的力量。

俄国作家列夫托尔斯泰曾经说过:“梦想是指路明灯,没有梦想就没有固定的方向,而没有方向就没有生活”。你们知道什么是梦想吗?梦想就是我们未来的梦，梦想是人生的奋斗目标，梦想是努力拼搏的人生方向，梦想是催人奋发的前进动力。

去年，我有幸参加了第三届“叶圣陶杯”，全国中小学生听说读写的决赛。当踏入北京的时候，眼前的一切使我的心情无比激动。当我们坐着公共汽车缓缓驶入北大校门时，我身上所有的细胞都开始沸腾了。顿时我觉得心目中的梦想之花将要在这里开放，这不就是我要追求的目标吗?看着这雄伟的教学大楼，美丽的校园风景，充满浓郁的学术氛围，我心潮澎湃。我要上北大，我要成为这所最高学府的一名学生，我要在这里求学，在这里充实自己，发展自己，为自己的人生奠定坚实的基石，这就是我现在的梦想。

现在，我的家乡正在发生着翻天覆地的变化，六城同创加快了家乡的发展速度，洪洞成了蓝天碧水的美丽城市。心中的梦想实现了，我就能报答家乡人民，为建设自己的家乡出力出汗，我就能报效自己的祖国，为建设自己的祖国添砖加瓦。

历时两天的教育理论读书汇报会已经结束了。很高兴，我得了9.57分,在全县61名演讲者中排第十名,对这个成绩,我还算很满意的。

说实话，我这个人，平时不太爱表现自己，无论行不行的事儿，我都往后缩。但如果是交待给我的事情，只要你交给我了，我就一定会全力以赴，尽我所能。我知道这样的性格说好也不好，尤其是这次演讲中，从同仁们的各个精彩表现中，我也发现自己的很多不足之处，意识到自己的不足才能进步，我知道我离进步应该不远了，呵呵。

从各个参赛的选手的认真准备、激情演讲中更加深了我对认真、执着、爱岗、敬业的理解。更深刻地感受到了作为教育工作者的伟大与为人师的幸福。感动于刘校长、李校长和黄主任对我们各位选手的信任与赏识。我这次演讲的题目就是《在赏识中收获精彩》，因为有她们对我的赏识，而成就了我今天演讲的成功。赏识真是有一种神奇的力量，能给人勇气，能给人信心，促使我们去走向成功。

每一位成功者的背后都会有一些默默无闻的付出者，我也不例外，如果没有领导们同事们的鼓励，也不会有我们今天的成功。
