尊敬的各位领导、各位老师：

大家下午好!

首先感谢区教研室的领导给我一次与大家交流的机会。在座的各位毕业班英语老师都是经验非常丰富的，在大家面前来谈英语教学的经验实在是惭愧。为了提高英语教学质量，我的确是想了很多的办法，这里面有成功带来的喜悦，也有失败带来的反思。这些谈不上经验，现简单地做个介绍，如有不当之处，敬请各位批评指正。

记得刚刚走上工作岗位的我曾经信心百倍，认为小学英语教学应该是很简单的事情，不就是听、说、读、写嘛，没什么难的，但真正开始教学，真正开始接触学生之后，我才感觉到：小学英语教学尤其是我们农村学生的英语教学真是坎坷难行。教学一开始我就遇到了种种问题。有一大部分学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事，有些学生甚至有抵触的情绪。从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大部分属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说辅导了。从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，基本上就没有使用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大部分学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。面对如此多的问题，我决定从学生的学习兴趣、学习方法和学习习惯方面去入手解决。现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议：

一、要从自身找原因，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。

自己先要想办法，持有一份乐观的态度，勤思考，乐奉献。给学生一份爱，让学生喜欢你，从而喜欢上你的英语课。因为兴趣是最好的老师，当学生喜欢上你的课了，专心地听讲了，那课堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了吗?在培养学生学习兴趣方面，我做了如下工作：

(一)、用爱去灌溉学生。

首先用心地给学生一份爱。因为爱可以融化人与人之间的隔阂，给学生一份爱，同时你也会收获到他们对您的爱。我们要在日常生活接触中体现爱，例如下课后，我大多时间都会逗留在班里，跟他们谈谈学习上的问题、说说家常话或开个玩笑逗逗他们，他们会不亦乐乎。时间长了，他们就把我当朋友了。记得20xx年那届我班有个顽皮又聪明的学生叫黄永樟，各门功课成绩极差，经常不及格甚至低分，是让语文数学老师头疼的学生。可英语科他却十分感兴趣，能拿八、九十分，为什么他英语成绩那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虏”了，很爱上英语课，也很喜欢给我拉家常。有一次，下课了，他走到我跟前，兴奋地告诉我，他家大母狗生了5条小狗，可爱极了。

(二)、注重课前、课堂中气氛的调和。

每次上课走来，总能从楼下听到我班朗朗的英语读书声，当我站在讲台上的第一句话便是及时地、微笑着表扬他们：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在楼下我已经能听到你们朗朗的读书声了，老师真开心啊，你们读得那么好，或很自豪的或说：“哇，你们读书真棒，所有老师听了也对你们竖起了大拇指”，这样小小的表扬就充分树立他们的自信心，他们会很高兴，下次他们会读得更好。别以为这样的方法六年级不适用了，恰好这些方法我都是一年级，六年级通用的，课堂上也注重学生的学习状态，随时调整课堂气氛，使学生在一个良好的氛围里不知不觉地学到了知识。记得去年的六(1)班下午第一节英语，由于3月份天气原因，学生总有一种“春眼不觉晓，处处闻啼鸟”的倦态，那节课学生的精神状态很差，学习积极性不高，我想：如果这样讲下去效果肯定不好，于是我临时利用我班的搞笑大王叶宝彬同学做着火点，从他入手，我说：“Hello宝彬，howoldareyoutoday?”他被我突如其来的问题吓愣了，我顺势说：“我猜你有30岁了”全班同学一听，哈的一声笑起来，眼神都看着宝彬，我说：“看你今天上课的心态有30岁了吧?好，老师决定今天帮你时光倒流，把你变成3岁的小孩子，好吗?”这时宝彬不好意思的笑了，全班同学也来起了精神，他们倒要看看我怎样把宝彬同学变成一个3岁的小孩子。也许有的老师会说，这样每天浪费时间在与学习无关的事上，不就事倍功半了吗?我觉得恰恰相反，每节课恰当的气氛调节，是课堂上良好的调料，把他们的学习注意力集中到课堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了吗，总比罗罗嗦嗦讲纪律强多了，而实践证时，我也收到了较好的教学效果

二、抓好课堂教学掌握良好的学习方法。

不管是哪一门学科，要想有好成绩，课堂教学的质量是最重要的，课后炒冷饭，补的效果当然也有，那肯定会费时费力。在课堂教学方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些无味枯燥的内容，要找易于学生理解的切入点，要想方设法吸引学生。对于自己今天所上的内容自己一定要有个清晰的思路，课后及时反思。例如反思一下你今天教的开心吗?学生学得开心吗?学生学到了什么，遗漏了什么等等。同时对于一些后进生，课堂上千万不要丢掉他们，不理他们，不给他们发言、练说的机会。相反，要像警察一样时常盯着他们，与他们进行目光的交流。因为他们后进，可能有更多的听不懂的地方，而容易开小差，教师的目光以及点名回答，一是提醒他认真听课，同时也是在给他练习的机会。

三、培养良好的学习习惯。

(一)、全面实行“一帮一”，充分发挥学生的作用。

为了提高英语教学质量，提高学生的英语学习成绩，我还注意培养学生的互助学习习惯，分小组学习，小组成员结成一帮一的互助对子，充分发挥学生的作用，例如做有关语法和时态得练习题时，让他们同桌或小组讨论：这题为什么这样做，原因是什么，让他们用语法或时态等说出理由，说服对方。这样既让基础好的学生所学的知识得到了巩固，又帮助了其他的同学共同进步，不再出现很严重的“两极分化”，可以说是一举两得。

(二)、课后补差工作。

班里总会出现一些个别的差生，不是学习习惯差就是基础差，教师一定要课后花工夫，进行辅导。例如我就我校实际情况，请示校长，同时得到校领导的大力支持，每天利用早读前20分钟，到三楼电教室给他们补课。让他们把遗忘的知识都温故而知新。我觉得这样做效果还是挺大的，原来不及格的学生都追赶上来了，消灭了不及格率。

作为一名小学英语老师，我们肩负的担子是沉重的，我们的任务是艰巨的，古语说的好，教有法，但无定法，重在用法，贵在创法。希望我们全体英语老师共同努力，创造更多的教学方法，更有效地提高英语教学质量。以上是我对小学英语教学的一些浅谈，说得不好请批评指教。谢谢大家!

一、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

兴趣是最好的老师，学生只有对英语有浓厚的兴趣才会愿意学，要让学生有兴趣，我们首先得让学生感到英语易学，其次让学生乐学，最后培养学生的自学能力，培养他们对英语学习的积极态度。使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心。

二、教学方式

依据新课标的要求，新教材的教学必须根据小学生的学习特点，创建以活动课为主的教学模式。重点培养学生用语言进行交流的能力。采用听、说、唱、玩、演的方式。鼓励学生积极参与，大胆表达使学生从动脑、动口、积极思维参与教学活动。如低年级学生可灵活处理教材内容，将其编成儿歌、童谣。课堂中多采用游戏教学法，加上教师灵活亲切的身体语言，使得课堂丰富多彩、轻松活跃。培养学生能在图片、手势的帮助下，听懂语速较慢的话语或录音材料。

三、创设情景

用自己充满激情的表情和动作去感染学生，让学生积极的参与到学习中来。变被动学习为主动学习，创设情景，相互交流，启发学习动机，树立学习信心。直观情景教学是小学英语教学之中一种很重要的教学技巧。教师要充分利用教科书中的课文来创设情景，如打电话、购物、生日聚会、旅游、问路等。为学生提供使用英语进行交流的机会。

通过新教材的学习，我们迎接了新理念新考验新挑战。我们只要大胆运用新理念、新方法到课堂实践中。努力落实新课标。就回探出一条用好新教材的新路子

今天由我来和大家探讨一下英语学习的方法。好之者不如乐之者，乐之者不如以之为乐者!学好英语在一般情况下可用如下规则描述: “动因+ 兴趣”——决心——持之以恒———见效。可见兴趣是学好英语最关键的问题。 让自己喜欢上英语英语学习的效率才是最高的!那么怎么样才能建立起自己学习英语的兴趣呢?要想明白这个问题先要搞清楚你为什么不喜欢学习英语，根据这几年的教学经验，我总结了大概有以下几点：

第一，课堂英语枯燥乏味。在课堂上，教师比较注重生词与语法点，而对一些比较有趣的知识(比如中英文化差异)则只是一言而过，无法引起学生学习的兴趣，并且同学们开口机会少，这也是导致产生“哑巴英语”的因素之一;

第二，英语生词难以掌握，课后习题量过多。难背的英语单词让不少同学烦恼，而课后可怕的“题海”使同学们坠入一个个深渊。对英语不少同学都是敬而远之;

第三，缺乏英语学习环境与方法。好的环境会使英语教学质量大大提高，同时也能增加同学们的兴趣。打个比方：如果你身在英国，学习英语还会如此困难，如此痛苦吗?显然不会。而好的学习方法则可以避免同学走弯路，不致处处碰壁。

第四，英语无用论。一个无法忽略的现实是：中考要考英语，高考要考英语，考研也要考英语。世界上绝大多数的科学文献是用英语写成的，世界范围内不管是政治、军事还是经济最广泛使用的语言也是英语。有可能你现在学英语用不到，但是我可以负责人地说，你这辈子离不开英语，不管你在国内还是国外。

好的，既然我们知道了不喜欢甚至讨厌英语的原因，那么我们如何培养英语学习的兴趣呢?其实也很简单。

从简单的开始，我现在问一下同学们你们觉得学习英语最基本的原则是什么?有谁知道请举手……对了最基本的原则就是简单原则，举个例子，比方说有人问你：What’s your name? 你回答：My name is jake. I’m jake. 很明显I’m jake.要远远好于My name is jake.这就是简单原则，越简单越好!英语学习不外乎就是听、说、读、写，都应从最简单的开始，只有从简单的开始，才容易入门，才容易产生"兴趣"，才容易把事情进行下去。简单原则有巨大的优点： 1、造就成就感，培养自信。 2、增加兴趣。 3、语言朗朗上口。 4、易于学以致用。但是很学生对简单的语言往往不屑一顾，在学英语中最喜欢追求一个字——"难"。尽管学了很多难的东西，却不会用。而事实上，简单的东西如能灵活、准确地使用才是真正重要的。当然这并不是说"难的单词"和"复杂句型"一点儿也不能用，或者说没有用。学会容易的东西，并把容易的东西融会贯通地加以运用才是英语学习的关键所在。多学习一门语言，就是多了一对耳朵、一对眼睛和一张嘴。这个形容一点也不夸张。

下面我们就从听说读写四个方面来具体说一下英语的学习方法。

一.听力练习方法建议

1.根据个人英语掌握程度，选择难度适中，语速适当的听力磁带。

2.选择心情舒适的时候进行听力练习，效果更佳。听力最佳时间为早上9点至10点，下午4点至5点，晚上8点至9点，这些时段记忆力最好，工作效率最高。

3.挑选自己喜欢的英语磁带练习，建议选择趣味性强，故事性强的听力材料。比如：英语童话故事，世界名著(简单版)等。

二.口语练习方法建议

1.首先要掌握基本日常用语，词汇和短语，以初中到高中学习词汇为标准，大约6000词汇，300短语。另外这些只是最基本的词汇掌握量，若要脱口而出，还需掌握最少四级词汇。

2.一般买英语磁带都配有磁带读物，比如上面说到的英语童话故事和世界名著。磁带作为听力练习，读物作为练习口语阅读练习，配合磁带来纠正自己的发音，一举两得。

3.若有机会在城市碰到老外，可以邀请他们和自己留影，只要留影就OK了，如果词汇不足，不要深谈。这样可以锻炼胆量和口语呢。我和老外是这么说的：

我的推荐：

关于口语练习，可以结合听力练习一起进行，这里我就不重复了，另外看英语电影也可以练习口语，以电影对话一句为单位，静音练习。这样效果很好，熟练之后可以看着电影说对话呢!

三.阅读练习方法建议

1.根据自己掌握的词汇量选择难度适当的英语读物，一般市面上有小学，初中英语读物。

2.阅读英语书籍，不要一目十行，不是当成小说来看，要本着学习的态度去看，除非英语掌握十分出色，那另当别论。

3.在阅读过程中遇到生词不要一一去查字典，这样费时又不容易把握故事情节。大部分生词重复率很高，根据上下文可以猜测它的词性和大概意思。譬如人名，地名等。其他生词若实在影响阅读，建议马上查，然后把它记在笔记本上，作为背诵词汇之一。

四.写作练习方法建议

1.经常写英语日记是最快最有效的写作练习方法，根据词汇量掌握多少，写出难度适中的日记，字数根据个人喜好调整

2.一些讲述写作方法的作文书和美文欣赏，可以买来供自己参考和借鉴。

我的小技巧：

注意观察四周一切有英语文字出现的地方。譬如路上的招牌，包装袋上的英文等等。总之时刻让自己接触英语，平时小事也不放松。

however, as a conscientious chinese and citizen of the world, i can't help but care more about the losses incurred in this transaction, by which i mean the disturbing images of environmental destruction, which leads to ecological crisis. the global environment has changed for the worse during the past few years, and tourism is partly to blame. take china for example, in order to attract tourists, many unknown places are built into resorts. forests are cleared, prairies trampled, rivers and lakes 6)contaminated, wild animals are driven away, plants jeopardized and secluded populations disturbed.

if this seems too remote and abstract, my own traveling experience may speak louder here. last year i took a tour around emei mountain in sichuan province. like most tourists, i was eager to embrace nature and enjoy its beauty. however, as soon as i got on the bus, the stench of gasoline and the noise of the engine tainted my appreciation of the wonderful scenery and the tranquility of the country road. when we finally arrived, what i saw was not a beautiful landscape but crowds of people; what i heard was not the melodious singing of birds, but yelling and bargaining from the gift shops; what i smelled was not the fresh mountain air, but stinking suffocating smoke coming out of small dirty restaurants. moreover, i could not understand why the lovely monkeys living there had to take photos with tourists all day; why the beautiful butterflies and flowers had become lifeless samples in shop windows; why the strongest impressions i had was trash scattered everywhere on the ground.

however, this is not the end of the story. before i left emei, i met a group of kids in an ecotourism program with the slogan: “experiencing, learning and protecting.” when i saw their young hands picking up trash from the ground, when i felt their enjoyment and harmonious relationship with the animals, when i found their purest eyes filled with passion and love for nature, i realized to my great satisfaction that there doesn't have to be a tradeoff between tourism and ecology, because deep within us is an inclination toward natural beauty and a desire to protect it. yes, environmental problems will eventually ease with the advancement of science and technology and improvement of our management system. however, an increase of ecological education and hands-on environmental involvement of our fellow citizens will do even better. to realize this, the best way for us lies in tourism itself because nothing other than nature can teach us how to love and cherish our sweetest home. at the end of my speech, please let me quote bob dylan:
