我在十六岁的时候成为了20xx年世界竞技叠杯十五十六女子组三三三的冠军，我在十一岁的时候误打误撞接触到这项运动，但是很多人我的家人、朋友、老师都曾经质疑过我，他们会质疑我说玩十二个杯子到底有什么意义，以后会有什么前途吗，但我觉得其实就像很多人他们会拿一根棍子打一颗球，然后把一颗球投到一个有洞的篮子里，我觉得我们都只不过是在追求我们所热爱的事物从中获得快乐和成就感罢了。

在我十岁的时候我爸爸来到上海工作，那会我都好希望他可以来参加我的家长会，但是一年一年的过去，我一开始从期待到后来变成失望，这些年都是我妈妈独自辛苦地养育我，然后叠杯也一直陪伴着我。在我十一岁的时候中国台湾竞技叠杯协会说我极有可能是中国台湾最快的叠杯选手，只要赢得在中国台湾举办的中国台湾冠军赛，我就能到美国去比世界大赛，那是我第一次比赛我好紧张，我的手就像现在一样抖，最后我连任何名次都没有拿到，我好失望、好失望，我回家之后就抱着枕头大哭说我不要叠了，但我那个时候我也真的放弃了叠杯。半年后我无意间在网络上面看到当年那个打败我的选手真的到美国去比赛了而且还拿下了世界第七，我好羡慕、好羡慕，所以那一年我十一岁，我就下定决心我要成为世界叠杯冠军，重拾叠杯后我每天不断、不断练习，第一年我的叠杯速度进步了两秒，到第二年我只进步了一秒，随着我越来越快，我也越难突破我自己的记录，但是即便我要花好几年的时间才可能比自己的记录快零点零零几秒，我都不再放弃，因为我深深地相信机会是给准备好的人。到我十六岁的那年，我终于到美国参加了世界大赛，我抱着平常心站上了决赛的舞台，深呼吸，叠出了那一点九一五秒，让我成为20xx年世界竞技叠杯十五十六岁女子组三三三的冠军。

这一点九一五秒改变了我的人生，也让体会到家人的重要性，因为不管我怎么样他们永远都会爱我，包括我的爸爸，他一直都有在微博上面默默地关注我的新闻，骄傲地跟别人说这是我的女儿，当我看到的时候我真的好兴奋、好感动，我感觉我们的距离也更近了，有一次他刚好回到中国台湾距离上次见面我们已经有大概五年了吧，我在心理面模拟着我们见面的情景是我会冲过去抱他，还是他会主动抱抱我，但是当我们见面的时候我们都异常地冷静，我把我在学校用《天天想你》这首歌改写的作文送给了他，天天想你爸爸不论你在哪里我永远都会爱你，他只说了对不起，但是现在他会骄傲地跟他的朋友讲说我有一个世界冠军的女儿，今天我站在离我爸爸最近的舞台，我想要再一次让他看到我，再一次让他感到骄傲。

我做过很多年的职业舞蹈演员，因为喜爱我选择了舞蹈上了北京舞蹈学院附中，到中国东方歌舞团国家级的院团，一切看起来都是很完美的，可是刚工作那两年其实内心经常小小的不开心，面对那些美丽的充满着模仿性的舞蹈，我常常自问自己这是我要的舞蹈吗，它无关我的情绪，无关我的个人表达，它更多的像是一个完成。这个困惑在我心中停留了很长的时间。1994年一位非常着名的我崇拜的现代舞的舞蹈家来到我们团，给我们上了一个月的现代舞课，有一天他即兴给我们表演了一段，他做了一个动作只是跪在地面上做了一个摇头的动作，就是这样摇头，那一刻我看到了我的热爱，看到了我热爱的舞蹈，那样的舞蹈是自由的是我向往的。

后来我放弃了东方歌舞团的工作上了中央戏剧学院，做好了从零开始的准备，从零开始可能更加意味着你不仅仅需要面对经济的压力，你的孤独，更重要的是你要面临心理上巨大的落差，当然这是我的选择。可是过程依然是煎熬的，我甚至发现我热爱的戏剧事业其实它并不那么喜欢我，因为舞蹈跟戏剧真的是完全不一样的学科。有一天的作业叫做“人生四个阶段”，要用一件道具贯穿一个人的少年、青年、中年、老年。选什么道具呢，就在这时一个道具浮现在我的脑海里：口红。

小姑娘阶段，这个小姑娘是偷偷跑进妈妈的房间的，直奔妈妈的梳妆台，拿出了那个心仪已久的口红，画圆圈的方式抹在自己的嘴上，然后咧着嘴笑了，然后听到妈妈要进来的声音赶快迅速拿着餐巾纸把自己的嘴赶快擦干净，然后走了。到了青年，热恋中的少女很开心地回到自己的房间走到梳妆台面前，拿出那个已经挑选好的美丽的口红，慢慢地一点点地描在自己的嘴上，很精细、很仔细，看着镜子里自己傻傻的样子，然后一下子就笑了，手捂住了嘴迅速手要拿开，因为不要让自己的手把自己精心画的口红给弄脏了。到了中年，匆忙地进入到自己的房间里头，虽然是走到了一个梳妆台面前看着镜子当中的自己并不是结实的，是虚的，拿着口红也是看了一眼迅速就不用看了，熟练地给自己刮一个口红。到了老年，我假设自己是个奶奶来收拾孙女的房间，看着一桌子的化妆品护肤品乱七八糟地摆在桌面上，我得帮她收，正好拿起一支口红怎么是这个颜色太鲜艳了关上放好，又拿起一支口红这个颜色还可以，无意地看到了镜中的自己，我可以试一下，拿着这支口红轻轻地、轻轻地点在自己的已经衰老的嘴唇上，看着镜中的自己略略地笑了一下，有自嘲也许有苦笑可是笑意渐渐退去之后是一种无可奈何的接受，然后默默地低头离开了孙女的房间。

这就是我当时用无声的方式用形体的方式做的一个作业，其实想想那个时候的表演一定不够精致的，可是这个作业的结构和细腻的过程得到了老师的肯定，狠狠地表扬了我三天让我有点小小的得意。想想一支口红真的是有可能贯穿一个女人一辈子的物品，我想可能就是在那一刻我突然明白了，物品道具不仅仅是用来展现它的功能的，它是用来找寻我们与它之间的一种联系的。我知道今天有四位选手将要站在这个舞台上，他们可能是不同的性格不同的人生经历，但是我相信他们是带着生命，对于生命对于生活的热爱才站在这里进行属于他们自己的表达，那么祝福他们希望他们能够站在这个舞台上找到属于自由的自己。

战国时期的政治家苏秦。年轻时，学问不深，曾到好多地方做事，都不受重视。家人也瞧不起他。这对他的刺激很大。所以，他下决心发奋读书。常常读书到深夜，很疲倦，他便想出了一个方法，一打瞌睡，就用锥子往自己的大腿上刺一下。这样，猛然间感到疼痛，使自己清醒起来，再坚持读书。才有了“苏秦刺骨”的佳话。

几千年前年轻的苏秦都懂得克制，更何况现在的我们呢?青春的日子请好好把握，不要等到梦里都麻木的一天，才懂得懊悔，更不要等到青春散尽的一天，才懂得珍惜。

大家好!我今天演讲的主题是“感恩，是我们人类最美好的品质”。 俗话说得好，男儿膝下有黄金。可是每一年，我都要在同一地点下跪。为何呢?每一年的清明，一个坟墓前，我们全家人都行三跪九叩之礼。因为坟墓里面住着我的爷爷。

鲜花感恩雨露，因为雨露滋润它成长;苍鹰感恩长空，因为长空让它飞翔;高山感恩大地，因为大地让它高耸。我们感恩父母，因为父母把我们带到这个世界，含辛茹苦地把我们养大成人，给了我们一个温馨的家。

先给大家说一个我自己的故事吧。一次，我爸爸开摩托车载着我出门。途中突然下起了大雨，幸好的是我们有一件单人的雨衣。我只有压低头，伏在我爸爸的背上。我无意中看到雨水从我爸爸的发白的头发上滴落。我的心顿时很温暖，甚至温暖到有点想哭。父母给我们的恩情，我们难以报答。在父母进门后，我们送上一双拖鞋;在父母下班之后，我们给他们捶捶背;在和父母讲完电话之前，我们提醒他们要注意身体。感恩不需要多么华丽，多一句问候，多一点关心，就可以让我们的父母的心温暖好几天。

再来看看我们的社会。比如某某地方发生自然灾害了，就会有很多慈善活动，为灾区筹款，为灾区的人们送上一份温暖。其实慈善，也是感恩的另一种方式。比尔和梅琳达·盖茨基金会是由比尔·盖茨与梅琳达·盖茨夫妇资助的、全球最大的慈善基金会。该基金会主要在以下几方面提供援助：全球人的健康，教育，图书馆，美国西北部的建设等等。而且比尔盖茨在退出微软的时候把580亿美元个人财产尽数捐到比尔与美琳达·盖茨基金会。当然，我们的慈善活动没那么惊天动地。我们可以向需要帮助的人捐助钱财，衣物，默默为他们祈祷祝福。可是，对于那些披着慈善的外表，对筹款中饱私囊的组织，我们坚决抵制。我们可以得出这么一个结论：任何不以感恩为目的的慈善活动都是耍流氓!

假如今个学期你不小心旷了几次课，被老师记录下来了。结果最后考核没过，要重考。再一个不小心，重考也没过，要清考。是老师记录你旷课才导致你这门课程没有通过。你是不是不需要感恩于他呢?其实不然，我们更应该感恩那些曾经伤害过我们的人，因为他磨练了我们的意志;感恩那些曾经欺骗我们的人，因为他增进了我们的见识;感恩那些曾经斥责我们的人，因为他强化了我的能力。所以，你应该对这位老师心存感激之意，因为他在警醒你：不要再旷课了!

滴水之恩，就应涌泉相报。感恩是我们人类最美好的品质，我们要学会感恩。常怀一颗感恩之心，不要时刻想着回报，我们会更加阔达，这个世界会更加充满爱。

Now let’s enjoy a story: One day a young man visited great educator Banjieming. When Banjieming opened the door, to the young man’s great surprise.: his house was very dirty. “I’m sorry, It’s too dirty. Wait a minute please. Banjieming said and closed the door.

One minute later, Banjieming opened the door again and said: come in please . This time what the young man saw was a clean and clear sitting room.

“OK, You may go now. Banjieming said , “But I , I havn’t remit to you”. The young man asked. “Isn’t it enough? Looking at the room, “ Banjieming said. “You have been here for one minute.” “One minute? One minute, Oh I know. You tell me a truth: We can do many things in a minute.” The young man left with satisfaction.

The story is short but meaningful. Just like the story says:

one minute isn’t long. But our life is made of such minutes. In fact only treasure time , will you succeed, only treasure time, will you realize your ideal. Only treasure time will you achieve what you want.

We should make good use of time to study hard or to do something meaningful for yourself. So, we should plan the time to study and relax,especially at use we have more free time at home,so that we can use that time to do a lot of things.

However,how can we plan the time? There are different ways for different example, somebody like to study in the morning, and relax in the the contrary, somebody like to relax in the morning, and study in the body even think the best time to study is in the erent ways for different all the ways have one thing in common.

when i was young, i used to be very naughty. life then was like a glaball ,shining with bright colours. i had once gone down to the river bank, catching a great many worms and was afterwards punished by mum. i had ever cut the pillow towel into pieces in order to make clothes for my dolls. similarly, i was then blamed seriously. once i even put the hot iron on the floor which immediately burnt a big hole on the carpet. although i had done so many annoying things, my childhood seemed to be rather colourful. however, i had never had a clear definition about myself. but then something happened. it had made a great difference to my life and made who i am now.

i had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. the first time i was taken to have the drop, i cried for almost half an hour and finally gave off at father's severe scolding. watching the cold needle stabbing into my skin, i cried even more loudly. at that time, i never dared to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my side. even if mum had told me many times," honey, there’s nothing to be scared of. just close your eyes and sleep." i would still keep my eyes wide open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.

水是生命之源，我们的生活离不开水，我们渴了需要喝水，我们洗衣煮饭都需要水，还有我们身边的植物也需要水……有的人说，水，我们家多的是，我每天洗澡的时候都得美美的洗上差不多一个小时，有什么好稀罕的。就是因为我们的无知不懂得珍惜水资源导致现在地球上的饮用水越来越稀缺了。

虽说地球的面积有四分之三都是水，但淡水仅仅占总水量的百分之三，其中三分之二还是冰，可见现在世界上的水资源有多么贫乏!“假如地球上只剩下最后一滴水，那么就是我们的眼泪。”每听到这一句话，我的心就忍不住地紧张起来，真害怕有这么一天。云南20__年遭遇60年一遇的全省性特大旱灾，干旱范围之广、历时之长、损失之大。严重干旱造成全省742万人、459万头大牲畜饮水困难。干旱让庄稼基本颗粒无收，部分家畜无饮水被渴死，孩子们争相喝着脏水解渴，历史就在眼前。

你知道吗?假如一个水龙头每秒钟只漏一滴水，一年就能积成惊人的三百六十吨;

假如不下雨，地球上的淡水只能够我们用四年左右的时间;

人可以一个星期不吃饭，但不能一个星期不喝水。

所以，水对我们真的非常重要，我们要珍惜水资源，节约水资源。

节约用水，从你我做起。从我们身边做起，下面有几个节约用水的小窍门。比如我们早上洗脸时把水用个小脸盆装起来，洗过脸的水可以拿来洗手冲厕所或洗拖把。开水时把水笼头拧小一点，用完后立刻关掉。淘米的水可以洗菜，洗完后还可以冲厕所。洗完衣服后的水也可以放在桶里洗拖把冲厕所。洗完衣服后，可以把湿衣服晾在阳台上，在下面放一个盆，接来的水可以浇花。我们洗澡时可以把时间缩短些。

如果世界上没有了水，地球就会干裂;如果没有了水，我们人类就可能渴死;如果没有了水，就没有了我们这个美丽的世界。请每个人节约用水，请珍惜水资源，请珍惜大地母亲的每一滴眼泪。
