我在空军雷达学院的一次演讲稿
上午好！今日我的演讲主题是：科学发展观在雷院。
科学发展观是在准确判断世界和中国发展大势的基础上形成和发展起来的，具有鲜明的中国特色和时代特征。他集中体现了当今世界和当代中国的发展变化对党和国家工作的新要求，是继续全面小康社会，发展中国特色社会主义的思想武器和行动指南。
随着近几年不断开展深入学习实践科学发展观的活动，科学发展观的要义已经深入人心。不管是在经济上，还是科学教育上，科学发展观都得到了很好的贯彻与落实。就我们大学生而言，最关心的莫过于学校教育。近几年来，空军雷达学院一直走在全军的最前列。学院自1986年开始培养硕士研究生，1993年获硕士学位授予权，1996年培养博士研究生，2003年获博士学位授予权，2004年成立了博士科研工作站等等。同时，学院的建设也从未止步，雄伟的科研大楼拔地而起，美丽的灯光篮球场即将竣工，现代化的学生公寓即将落成，综合性的体育馆的竞标也已落下帷幕。总之，学院实现了教育、建设两手抓，真正做到了有好又快的发展。
以人为本是科学发展观的核心，而在这一点上雷院做的尤为突出。空军雷达学院在成立之处，条件不仅艰苦，教学环境也比较糟糕，没有像样的教学场所，可如今， 400米塑胶跑道，400米障碍训练场，灯光篮球场，教学楼，实验楼，指挥教学楼，电化教学楼，计算机中心，教育技术中心，雷达兵模拟训练中心，教学实习工厂，图书馆，游泳馆，射击场，文化活动中心等等，都展现在我们面前。此外，学院的绿化带也搞的非常出色，美丽的人工草坪，幽静的小树林，身处花园式的校园中，同学们的学习热情高涨。这一切的一切，为空军雷达学院向部队输送高素质人才打下了牢固的基础。
伴随着“三到一长期”活动的开展和“雪莲”精神在广大学员中的传播，我相信空军雷达学院在今后一定可以更好的深入实践科学发展观，我也坚信空军雷达学院的明天会更美好！
