这一班学生在英语方面是我刚刚接手的，每个学生研究情况我还在不断的了解之中，其实在座的学生家长对自己子女的情况比我更加清楚。学生们都是在三年级时同一起跑线上起跑的，经过两年来的研究，学生与学生之间已经拉开了差距。一部分好的学生研究兴趣浓，研究劲头足，授课上积极思维，努力发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性循环的好势头。她们的研究习惯好，在听、说、读、写方面都能齐头并进，我为她们感到欣慰。可也有一部分学生，平时研究马虎，基础功不扎实，功亏一篑，导致她们如今课上听讲出现困难，用她们自己的话说：“李老师上课，我听不懂。”听不懂，还不努力，书面功课拖拉不交，口头功课根本不完成，如此一来，研究自然成了件头痛事，打扰事。其实，大部份的学生还得处于中间层次，老师所教的，所布置的功课能够基础完成，但研究的效率又因人而异，存在着个体差别。

尽管她们平时不需要老师操太多的心，费太大的力，但是说起各方面的表现，又总有一丝遗憾，咱们总希望她们能够再上一个台阶。 怎么帮助宝宝学好英语呢?咱们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，咱们只是真诚地呼吁咱们的学生家长配合清华，配合老师，靠咱们共同的努力来帮助宝宝学好英语。用一句时髦的话说：咱们要和宝宝共同成熟。

重视良好的研究习惯的培养

(1)让宝宝多听录音 在儿童青少年英语教授中，首先是加强听说培训锻炼和说话培训锻炼，然后才是读写胜任的培养。听说胜任差，用英语进行交际的胜任差，为此，学生家长一定要配合清华来要求宝宝，要创造要求让宝宝多听，多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说。按照眼前利益来看，咱们的升学考试也一年比一年注重听说、泛读等需要全面胜任的部份。比如前年的听说占35分，去年就已经占40分了。

(2)让宝宝大声说英语 学生家长要每一天留出15分钟左右具体时间 让宝宝读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。咱们要鼓励宝宝大声地大声读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，那样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误。

(3)让宝宝熟练默写课文和外字词词默写是一项基础功，能够积累一部分实用英语 ，到用的时等候就能够脱口而出。但是在默写过程中要讲究技巧，不可操之过急，要说明分散和集中相结合。咱们一般是分段教课文，那就能够请学生分段背课文。等快教完的时候，再把课文串起来背，那样能够降低一点强度，让学生背得容易些。但是在检查过程中，咱们显示有一些学生背得相当熟练，可问他课文中的某个词组或句子的意义时，他却一问三不知。所以，咱们在默写过程中要说明上下文的理解，在理解的基础功上达到默写的要求，课文中涉及到的相关词组和固定句式，要让学生熟记，并能用它们来造句、说话。

在默写外字词词、词组、课文的时候，有些会诱导爸妈：老师要求报英语，那学生家长就较量为难，一方面，自己根本不会读英语;另一方面，也只能帮助他窥视了。

下面我把本学期的学习内容给给位家长 做一简单介绍：

1.26个字母大小写，会说会写，并且会按正确的顺序书写书写英文字母;在小学英语 的阶段掌握好26个字母的听说读写，这对孩子们今后所要接触的大量词汇的听说读写很重要。

2.课本后的单词表，每一个单词都很重要，特别是黑体单次。这些单词要求孩子们能够听说读，并且能够和正确的图片匹配。

3、课文中的对话，日常交际用语。要求孩子们能够熟读，流畅的读出来，说出来，程度好的孩子可以尝试背诵;

4、听力训练：在三年级试卷中听力题也占有相当的比重。所以说每天的听录音、跟读任务还是不容忽视的，我们家长 应该都有一起作业的账号，我平时会在上面布置一些听力作业，希望您能够督促孩子一起完成;

1.让孩子多听录音

在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力也就差。因此作为家长 ，要保证孩子每天放学后的英语听力训练时间，您可以再网络上下载英语电子课本，作为孩子平时听力训练的材料，也可以多下载一些英文歌曲，或者英语动画片，来训练孩子的听力。当然，您也可以再一起作业上完成听力训练，总之要创造条件让孩子多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说，尽量让孩子模仿录音中的发音。

2、让孩子大声说英语

在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师读单词，读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。

如今的小学英语对学生的要求比较高，到了高年级教材的格局、题形的练习 等几乎都等同于我们以前的初中水平，如果在平时能注意翻阅一下我们英语书的家长就会发现，书本上很多的单词以前都没有见过。单词如此，句型、语法等知识也是如此，所以，到了高年级光要求学生能够朗读、默写等已不符合高年级英语学习的需要了。对陌生短文的理解阅读、对句型之间的相互转化、对各类时态的正确辩识，对语法点的理解运用等等，都是学生所必须掌握的，也是学生最薄弱的环节。所以，学生的理解能力、运用能力显得尤为重要。有的家长也认为，孩子能够读出课文并默写出单词句型，怎考试还不见效果?这完全是正常的现象。高年级的英语学习，以理解、运用为重，书本只是媒介，是知识的载体，学生的英语思维也是从这阶段开始处于萌芽状态，所以，这阶段的学生的学习将有可能关系到他将来的学习，没有好的基础，英语学习前景确实不容乐观。

那作为家长，应该如何正视自己孩子的英语学科学习呢?该如何帮助孩子养成良好的学习习惯呢?该如何提高孩子的学习成绩呢?在英语学科方面，我提以下几点建议： 1、给孩子学习的信心。不管孩子接受其他知识的能力如何，在英语学科方面，千万不能随意的打击。语言没有谁天生对之反感，也没有谁天生就是天才，都是在实践中逐渐积累，乃至熟能生巧。家长要有一颗平常心，不要对孩子说一些“你是家中希望，一定要考上重点”或“考砸了，爸妈脸往哪儿搁”之类的话，或者动不动就一顿打，家长需要耐心与冷静，这是帮助孩子坦然面对学习的关键。看到孩子的优势，适当鼓励和引导，让孩子对英语的学习充满着自信，这一点相当重要。 2、培养孩子良好的学习习惯。联合国教科文组织在“学会生存”一书中指出：在未来社会里，文盲将不是不识字的人，而是那些不懂得学习方法、不会自行更新知识的人，家长希望自己的子女在未来的社会中长大成才，不可不注意对他们进行学习方法的指导，和学习习惯的养成。一般来说，孩子的学习习惯决定着其学习的效果。所以，除了在课堂中，我很注意这方面的引导和指点，家长同样要对孩子的学习习惯给于正确的培养。每天督促他听听英语、读读英语，这一点很重要。还有，孩子作业的字迹，对待作业的态度，听课的效率，对英语学科的兴趣等等，家长的重视和督促同样是不可忽略。 3、配合孩子学习的方法轻松愉快的学习，能充分调动和发挥学生的学习兴趣、积极性和潜能，从而能增强记忆效果，掌握运用外语的能力;反之，呆板、枯燥、紧张的学习，只能抑制思维活动，降低学习效果。我们提出上述的一些方法，都是为了帮助家长在课外为孩子创造轻松愉快的学习环境和氛围，使孩子喜欢学英语。可以说要想让孩子学得好，首要是让孩子能“爱学”、“乐学”，这是现代教育所一再强调的。鼓励孩子联系生活实际进行学习。如在家居物品贴上英文标签，全家人一道学;去公园、商店时，复习有关词、句;主动同外宾交谈等。 4、适当给孩子一些压力。家长可适当给孩子布置一点口头或笔头的作业，给孩子一些适当的负担，帮助学生练习 所学知识，这样的坚持同样也能取得一定的效果。毕竟是熟能生巧，尤其对小学生来说。

学好英语，不外乎就是在听、说、读、写这些方面下功夫。

这里我着重强调写。五年级英语已经对学生有一定的书写要求。背单词是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背，不断的翻新，这是没有办法的。我要求学生在背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。还有句型，五年级所接触的句型都是很简单的日常用语。学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。课后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。总而言之，请各位家长多关注孩子们的英语学习，让孩子养成良好的英语学习习惯。家长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积极性。与其在期末时看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分数，还不如在平时就多关心孩子学习的过程。还希望家校携手共同提高孩子们的英语学习水平。最后，再次感谢各位家长对我工作的理解、支持和帮助，并真诚地希望在座的每一位家长和学校、教师紧密配合，我坚信在学校、家长、学生三方共同努力下，我们的学生，您们的子女一定能健康成长，并取得优秀成绩，进入理想的中学。

I am very glad to make a speech here in this class again! This time, I'd like to talk something about English.

I love English. English language is now used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. Learning English makes me confident and brings me great pleasure.

When I was seven, my mother sent me to an English school. At there, I played games and sang English songs with other children . Then I discovered the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the English world.

Everyday, I read English following the tapes. Sometimes, I watch English cartoons.

On the weekend, I often go to the English corner. By talking with different people there, I have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral English.

I hope I can travel around the world someday. I want to go to America to visit Washington Monument, because the president Washington is my idol. Of course, I want to go to London too, because England is where English language developed. If I can ride my bike in Cambridge university, I will be very happy.

I hope I can speak English with everyone in the world. I'll introduce China to them, such as the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and Anshan.

I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.

If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.
